The heart and brains behind The Strength in Hormones Collective. I’m a functional medicine dietitian and a board certified specialist in sports dietetics. I’ve worked with women of all ages, health and fitness levels. I’ve helped women like you restore their menstrual cycle, naturally conceive after recurrent miscarriages, lose 30+ lbs.
