  • What results can I expect from this program?

    The goal of this program is to effectively restore your metabolic rate and help you transition back to more social eating while maintaining the results you accomplish during your time with Lauren. You can expect to maintain your weight throughout the duration of the program while progressively increasing your caloric intake according to the metabolic restoration plan provided. By the end of the program you should be at the same weight or very close to where you started the program, while eating 500 - 800 calories more each day.

  • Will I have access to ask Lauren questions?

    Yes! You are able to schedule (1) 30 min. consultation each month as well as message Lauren through your private patient portal (30 min. per month).

  • Why can't I just keep eating the same way as I am now to maintain my progress?

    A function of the body is to adapt to its environment. After a period of dieting, your body will have begun to adapt to this new caloric intake, making it harder for you to maintain this weight eating the same foods. It is also important to not chronically under-eat as this can cause thyroid, reproductive hormone and adrenal issues to name a few.
